Please note that these timelines are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary due to courier availability, service disruptions, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We currently ship across most regions in India. If your delivery location is outside our serviceable areas, we will contact you after you place the order to explore alternate arrangements or process a cancellation if necessary.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

While we work with reliable logistics partners, Supreem Super Foods is not responsible for delivery delays once the order has been handed over to the courier. Risk of loss and title passes to you upon dispatch.

If your order is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please reach out to us at supreemsuperfoods2023@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can assist you with investigating the issue.

SECTION 6 – INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors or omissions in the shipping details provided. In such cases, any additional re-shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
